The Take It Back Movement in Ogun state has intensified its campaign, rallying residents of the state to join the planned #EndBadGovernanceInNigeria protest. The group also unveiled a list of protest venues across the state, calling on all concerned citizens to converge at these locations and raise their voices against the prevailing injustices in Nigeria.
The #EndBadGovernanceInNigeria protest, starting on August 1 and set to continue for 10 days intends to bring the government’s attention to a range of pressing concerns, including mismanagement, hunger, economic hardships, and the deepening poverty afflicting the nation. This sustained demonstration seeks to pressure policymakers into recognizing and responding to the dire conditions facing ordinary Nigerians, highlighting the urgency of systemic change to alleviate widespread suffering and inequality.
The TIB Ogun State in a statement jointly signed by Comrade Sola Odunaro, (Dir.Mobilization Ogun TIB); Comrade Akanbi Ifadola Afofun, (Coordinator) and Comrade Oyefade Oluwaseun (P.R.O Ogun TIB) on Tuesday said; “As a Revolutionary Movement, we are firmly committed to supporting and actively participating in the revolutionary demands of Nigerians that springs out of consciousness amongst Nigerians addressing the degraded state of the nation via the upcoming nationwide protest, #EndBadGovernanceInNigeria.
