Magistrate Emmanuel lyanna Admits former Dunamis Pastor Abraham Daniel, Peter Enenche Enenche to bail on very stringent Terms

The Magistrate Court sitting at Wuse Zone 6, Abuja, presided by Emmanuel lyanna, has admitted former Dunamis Pastor Abraham Daniel, Peter Enenche Enenche to bail.

This was following the application for bail argued on their behalf by the lawyer S. M. Oyeghe, Esq in respect of the complaint of cyberbullying, criminal defamation among others by the Senior Pastor of Dunamis Church, Pastor Paul Enenche.

The Prosecution Counsel Francis Gabriel informed the Court that following the intervention by O’chidoma, His Royal Highness Odogbo John Abagaji, the duo were admitted to bail on very stringent terms to wit:

2 million bail bond and two sureties in like sum.

  1. One of the sureties must be a Civil Servant of grade level 15 and above.
  2. The 2nd surety must be a reasonable Nigerian.
  3. All sureties to depose to Affidavit of means and indicate willingness to produce the Defendants.
  4. Sureties to reside within Abuja, preferably within AMAC.
  5. Sureties to deposit original copy of International passport.
  6. Defendants to depose to affidavit to be of good conduct and would not jeopardize investigation.

The matter was consequently adjourned to 26th March, 2025 for trial.
